Due to the increasing scarcity of traditional furs such as sealskin – and the growing politicisation of pressure groups in Europe against its usage by sporran makers - STAGHORN has developed a unique range of superior quality DAY, SEMI-DRESS and DRESS SPORRANS that should appeal to all.
We have mixed original traditional CELTIC images in the silverware and mounted these on HAND-CRAFTED leather based indigenous and exotic hide sporrans.
- Only hides from animals indigenous to Africa are used
- All hides are from animals not listed on the CITES endangered species list
- Only hides from animals harvested in normal managed farming resources are chosen
- All hides used have undergone a certificated tanning and curing process
